"I followed Troy on social media for a while before I actually had the opportunity to work with him. I lived in a different state and was scheduled to move out of state after I graduated from college. Running, working out, and eating healthy are three major aspects of my life. I've always been a hard working, dedicated, and focused athlete. After moving to a brand new state for training to become a professional runner,  I needed to work with someone who wasn't afraid to push me beyond my expectations and limits. After my first session with Troy I knew i made the right decision. I often called him insane throughout our workouts but his insane style had me stronger than any other point I had ever been in during my running career. I admired how he developed workouts that catered to my training style and also my level of fitness. I also admired how he explained what muscle group each exercise worked. "I have been training with Troy now for enough time to know he is a serious professional. One of my favorite things about his workout style is he doesn't "chat" or make small talk during sessions. He is ALL business. This might not be everyone's style, but I like nothing more then to know he is entirely focused on my workout, and not all trainers are like that. He uses every minute of the session efficiently, there's no waiting around at all. He has the entire workout on his iPad ready to go and he puts a lot of personal thought (ie: modifying for pain or injury) into every single session. I have worked with 5-6 trainers throughout the years and Troy absolutely stands out as one of the most dedicated, I feel lucky to work with him. He also is readily available on email to answer questions and found us a great gym to train at since I don't belong to a gym. Finally, I am seeing great results which obviously is the most important. I highly recommend Troy."
